ROW #28 – Bacon Wrapped Burgers
Not much to say on this one. Bacon and Burgers!

Ingredients
1lb Ground Beef
1 Egg
1/2 small Onion, diced
1/2 cup Mushrooms, chopped
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Steak Seasoning
1-2 slices Bacon per Burger
Directions
1. Combine Beef, Eggs, veggies, and seasoning in mixing bowl.

2. Form into 3/4 of fist size burgers. Make sure they are not too flat. Wrap 1 piece of Bacon around each burger. (Optional) Wrap a second piece from top to bottom if you are crazy like myself.

3. You may need to use tooth picks to secure bacon around burgers. Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered for 30 minutes. Serve.
